What is Root Cause Therapy?
Root-Cause Therapy is a powerful trauma healing method, which allows the completion and release of unprocessed emotions which are still presently causing unwanted thoughts, negative behaviours and repetitive choices that are keeping you stuck.
Root Cause Therapy can help you to stop talking about the issues and heal them at a deep level, get at the root-cause of your presenting symptoms.
It allows you to see what limiting beliefs you are holding in your body to have a deeper understanding of why you do what you do, and why you think/feel how you do, and to release the unwanted patterns consciously, with you in the driving seat along with the knowledge and guidance of your practitioner.
How much time will it take?
You can have so many beliefs shift after just 1 session, but it is recommended to have a minimum of four sessions to allow for many belief pattern shifts, and gives you to time to reflect on how far you have come since the first session and what baggage has been left behind. It also allows you to go deeper with the practitioner in order to create bigger shifts around more significant trauma’s in your life.

How do these sessions work?
The first part of your session involves talking about what’s important to you and what you most want to get out of your time with me. We will look a little deeper into your emotions and discuss any events, traumas and anything else that is currently coming up for you.
I use kinesiology (muscle testing) to check through which core beliefs are having an impact on your wellbeing. The reason we use muscle testing is to override the conscious brain, or thinking part of the mind which will not give a true answer, as beliefs are held unconsciously and run in the background your life, impacting your decisions, behaviours and thought patterns.
Once we can see what your limiting beliefs are… we can begin the therapy part of the session, which is called timeline (or regression). At this point I will get you to simply close your eyes and take you through a quick relaxation exercise to make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed.
This is not hypnotherapy. In fact, the power of RCT is that it uncovers what is happening beneath the surface, for you to become aware of it consciously. This is an opportunity for you to identify how your core beliefs were formed, and how they continue to impact your everyday life, within a safe and comfortable framework.
Some examples of common core beliefs are; I am alone, I don’t deserve love, I am not good enough, I fear judgement, Life is hard.
I will guide you into the past of your timeline so you can identify how a particular event has influenced your subconscious mind. You may not have any conscious memory of some events, since many of our beliefs are formed before the age of 7 or even formed in generational/past life events. Your unconscious mind has taken everything in throughout your life and stored it, along with the associated emotions.
It is here that you can release these emotions, and as you are fully conscious, you will have the opportunity to gain any learnings from the event.
By going back into the event, you may be wondering if you will re-live trauma. The unconscious mind primary role is to keep us safe, and it will never show someone an event or bring up a healing that it does not think the person is strong enough or ready enough to heal.
We ask permission for the unconscious mind prior to going into an event, and if you are guided into an event, I guide you into safely releasing the trapped emotions so that you can fully release the trauma and finally have the inner peace and completion. It is more stressful carrying the trauma in our bodies and reliving it in our everyday life each time that trauma gets triggered. The only difference is that this time we get to heal it.
Once you heal a core belief, any other connecting beliefs associated with it will fall away, and often multiple beliefs are healed in one session.
As your guide, it is my job to help and guide you safely through the entire process and make it as comfortable as possible for you. Your long-term healing is my greatest concern and I will be there every step of the way for you, including daily support in between sessions.
By releasing negative emotions, healing traumas, gaining a new understanding on past events, you will begin to raise your vibration from survival to empowerment. This opens up unimaginable possibilities, creating a brighter future that you finally believe is possible for yourself.

Root Cause Therapy (RCT) is A powerful style of therapy that works directly with the subconscious mind to get to the root of an issue or problem, to identify and heal your outdated belief systems.
Once we discover your unique beliefs, we can then release the trapped emotions that were unable to be processed at the time the beliefs were formed. It then allows for you to get a new learning and perspective of that event that triggered the belief pattern in your life.
