One of the greatest joys of being a coach is helping my clients visualise their future. One of the tools I use to help them create direction, move towards their goals, and get unstuck is a vision board.
Seeing someone’s vision come to life, lovingly created by their own hands, is like nothing else.
When you put energy into something and surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live, or where you want to travel to, your life changes to match those images and those desires.
Think of a vision board as your reminder to keep your dreams, desires and goals front in mind, motivating you to make them your reality.
